Security Operations Manager

**Job Summary**

Chenega Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Security Operations Manager to oversee guard force personnel at assigned locations. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership and management skills.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage and supervise Shift Supervisors and hourly staff to ensure compliant execution of access control, visitor support, alarm response, and dispatch operations.

* Collaborate with Shift Supervisors and Project Managers to ensure completion of contract objectives.

* Ensure all personnel are compliant with training requirements.

* Conduct security inspections and practical drills as required.

* Supervise all guard service activities and serve as the point of contact for the government.

**Requirements**

* DoD Secret security clearance.

* Five years of management experience, preferably with a civilian police force, military police force, or civilian security guard organization.

* Demonstrated experience supervising guard force personnel.

* State security guard card for armed and unarmed officers.

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Knowledge of various computer software applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, database, and Outlook.
