Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Vancrest of Payne. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Implement resident care plans and perform direct nursing services, including administering treatments and assisting in assessments and evaluations.
  • Assist with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, and delegate suitable components of the care plan to nursing assistants.
  • Consult with and validate data, and record pertinent information in the patient record.
  • Identify and evaluate resident responses to health problems and treatments, and communicate care needs to others involved in the care.
  • Assume responsibility for professional growth and development.

  • Nursing License required.
