About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our team at Solaris Solutions. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of commercial units in our administrative portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage ongoing tenancies, ensuring timely rent collection and maintaining positive relationships with tenants.
  • Handle damage cases and process insurance claims in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Coordinate major maintenance, repair, and modernization measures to ensure the upkeep of our properties.
  • Develop, create, and review contracts, usage agreements, and addenda to ensure compliance with market-oriented real estate management principles.
  • Conduct on-site inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet our high standards.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of real estate management principles and practices.
  • Experience in property management, preferably in a commercial setting.
