Key Responsibilities:- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop effective plans of care in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring patient safety and well-being.
- Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure tasks and interventions are implemented effectively.
- Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
- CPR Certification is required.
