About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Caregiver Med Passer to join our team at Woodland Terrace by New Perspective Senior Living. As a member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and services to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medications and treatments in a safe and organized manner
  • Document medication administration and resident care
  • Assist residents with self-administration of medications
  • Count narcotics in accordance with company policy
  • Participate in the life enrichment program
  • Comply with company training requirements
  • Communicate and interact with residents, families, and team members in a professional and respectful manner
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalency required
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) required
  • Previous Med Passer experience required
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks
  • Ability to make decisions and act in the resident's best interest
