As a vital member of our team, the Room Attendant is entrusted with ensuring that guest accommodations are kept clean, welcoming, and well-maintained.

Tacoma, WA, US
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and public areas.
- Provide exceptional service to guests with a friendly and courteous demeanor.
- Perform thorough cleaning of rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Restock supplies and ensure that all cleaning carts are prepared for the next shift.
- Report any maintenance issues or missing items to the appropriate supervisor.
- Handle lost and found items in accordance with company policies.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a hotel or related field is a plus.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
