We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Behavior Analyst to join our team at Access Services. As a Bilingual Behavior Analyst, you will be responsible for providing behavioral services to children and youth with mental, emotional, or behavioral problems.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a relevant field, such as social work, psychology, or human behavior, and be licensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, clinical social worker, social worker, behavior specialist, certified registered nurse practitioner, or have a scope of practice that includes overseeing the provision of ABA services.

You will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing behavioral interventions to clients. Additionally, you will supervise behavioral consultants, BCaBAs, RBTs, and BHTs in accordance with the guidelines set forth by the BACB and 2020 IBHS regulations.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients
  • Provide behavioral interventions to clients
  • Supervise behavioral consultants, BCaBAs, RBTs, and BHTs
  • Model adherence to the BACB code of ethics and HIPAA compliance requirements
  • Support skill development and training among behavioral consultants, BCaBAs, and BHTs staff
  • Review samples of clinical notes, data, and other supporting documents monthly
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field
  • Licensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
  • Current clinical certification as a BCBA or other graduate-level certification in behavior analysis
  • 1+ years of post-Master's degree experience providing ABA services
  • Valid driver's license with 2+ years of driving experience, reliable vehicle, and adequate car insurance
Benefits:
  • Base salary: $72,000
  • Incentive rate: $80-$100 hourly for billable hours above 80/monthly
