Job Title: Head Sous Chef

100 Main is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Sous Chef to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for supporting the head chef in the efficient management of kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of food service management principles and practices.
