Warehouse Inspector

RVR Consulting Group is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Inspector to ensure the quality and quantity of items received and shipped for orders related to the Department of Defense (DOD). The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Inspect incoming shipments to ensure items meet required quality and quantity specifications.
• Conduct random quality inspections of assemblies throughout the production process and perform final inspections of completed orders before shipment.
• Handle necessary paperwork, including inventory records, inspection reports, and receiving forms.
• Accurately enter inspection and inventory data into the company's computer system.
• Assist the production department with tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to take on multiple roles.

The successful candidate will be able to lift and move objects weighing up to 50lbs and stand and walk for extended periods in a warehouse environment. A valid forklift operator license is also required.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse or quality control environment.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

We offer a competitive salary range of $42,000-$45,000, medical insurance with employer-paid 50% coverage, 6 annual paid holidays, 5 days' vacation + 3 sick days after 1 year of employment, and basic computer proficiency for data entry and reporting.
