Job DescriptionThis role provides a safe environment, emotional and social support, and attends to residents' physical needs and comfort. Direct care is performed as assigned, following resident care plans and administrative guidelines. The ability to work with supervisors, co-workers, and community staff is essential.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A current registry of certification or equivalent Nursing Assistant credentials in good standing within the applicable laws of the state.
- A high school graduate or equivalent, with the ability to communicate in English and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Good interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to carry out both verbal and written directions are necessary.
This position requires the ability to observe proper safety and sanitary techniques, with a focus on maintaining established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and nursing policies.
