Infor Syteline Programming Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Infor Syteline Programming Analyst to join our dynamic team and contribute to our success. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing, customizing, and enhancing our Syteline 10 on-premises ERP system.

• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access to user groups and workspaces.
• Maintain best practices, enabling data governance, version control, and data source management.
• Develop, customize, and maintain the Infor Syteline 10 ERP system to meet the specific needs of our business operations.
• Integrate Syteline with other enterprise systems and third-party applications to streamline business processes.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Syteline users, ensuring the ERP system operates efficiently and effectively.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data analytics tools to support business decision-making.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions within the Syteline system.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, customizations, and user guides.
• Train and mentor end-users and junior developers on Syteline functionalities and best practices.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Infor Syteline 10, on-premises explicit implementations.
• Must be proficient in Syteline customization and development using IDO (Intelligent Data Objects), Form development, and SQL Server.
• Strong skills in C#,.NET, and T-SQL.
• Have experience integrating Syteline with other systems using tools such as ION, Mongoose, or other middleware.
• Have a solid understanding of manufacturing processes and their management within an ERP system.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues are necessary.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, adept at engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office for Windows is required.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Hands-on experience working with Syteline 10 on-premises.
• A general understanding of key manufacturing and production processes related to the ERP system.
• Infor Syteline certifications or related ERP system certifications.
• General experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• Knowledge of advanced reporting tools like SSRS, Crystal Reports, or similar.
