We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate ICU Registered Nurse to provide specialized care for patients in critical condition in the Intensive Care Unit at Cibola General Hospital. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of medical equipment and procedures in critical care and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-stress environment.
Responsibilities:- Monitor and assess patients' condition in the ICU
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care
- Document patient care and progress accurately
- Educate patients and their families on medical conditions and treatment options
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN), preferred
- ACLS required
- PALS preferred
- 1 year of prior experience working in an ICU setting
