Position Details:
- Location: Warrior Run, PA

Compensation and Benefits:

Role Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and oversee therapeutic support plans for students facing mental health challenges.
- Consult with families, educational staff, and community members involved in the care of the students.
- Evaluate referred students and families to identify needs and facilitate referrals to additional services as necessary.
- Provide crisis intervention and counseling for students experiencing emotional distress.
- Conduct both group and individual counseling sessions as required.
- Perform assessments and create behavior or crisis intervention plans, as needed.
- Engage in the Student Assistance Program (SAP) when necessary.
- Maintain ongoing communication with families and educational personnel to ensure effective collaboration and appropriate interventions.
Qualifications:
- A Master's degree in a relevant field such as psychology, social work, education, or counseling is mandatory, along with one of the following:
- A valid license as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, or clinical social worker
- A license as a social worker or behavior specialist with a graduate degree that included a clinical or mental health direct service practicum
- A minimum of one year of full-time experience providing mental health services to children, youth, or young adults, with at least nine credits in clinical practice
- Completion of a clinical or mental health direct service practicum with at least nine credits in relevant fields.
- Current clearances (obtained within the last six months)
