About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced EVS Housekeeping Lead to join our team at Apache Casino Hotel. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of all areas of the hotel and casino.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Train and develop housekeeping staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
