Job Summary

\

We're seeking a Customer Care Professional to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for actively promoting and selling car washes and convenience store items, maintaining our store, car wash, and grounds for all guests' needs.

Key Responsibilities

  2. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guests' concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.\
  3. Promote and sell car washes and convenience store items to increase sales revenue.\
  4. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of our store, car wash, and grounds to ensure a positive guest experience.\
  5. Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.\
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide expert advice and recommendations.\\
  7. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.\\
  8. Enhance the overall shopping experience by ensuring the store, car wash, and grounds are clean, organized, and well-maintained.\\
  9. Deliver exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guests' queries and resolving issues efficiently.\\
  10. Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.\\
  11. Build and maintain strong relationships with guests to foster loyalty and drive repeat business.\\
  12. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills.\\
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.\\
  14. Perform other duties as assigned by management.\

What We Offer

At Quality Car Wash, we offer a comprehensive compensation package, including:

\
  • \
  • A starting rate of $00 per hour (may vary based on location and experience).\
  • A guaranteed hourly wage of $00 extra for being on time and not calling off of work.\
  • Free car washes for full-time and part-time team members.\
  • $00 gift card for part-time team members per month.\
  • $00 gift card for full-time team members per month.\
  • After 90 days of successful employment, if you average more than 20 hours a week, you will be given 40 hours of 'Quality Time Off' to use as desired.\
  • Medical benefits for full-time team members working 31+ hours per week.\
  • Dental benefits.\
  • College students may be eligible for flexible scheduling; we encourage applications from students with specific days off and weekends free.\

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.\\
  • Familiarity with health and safety protocols and procedures.\\
  • Good organizational and time management skills.\\
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.\\

  • Ability to pass a background check and obtain any necessary certifications or licenses.\\
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.\\
  • 1-2 years of customer-facing experience preferred; excellent verbal and written communication skills required.\\
  • Ability to speak multiple languages a plus.\\
  • Availability to work variable shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.\\
  • Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license (if applicable).
