We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at The Bungalows at Bowling Green.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals to our residents, while maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of menu items, including full-line menu items and therapeutic diets.
  • Manage food production, including receiving, rotating, and inventorying products.
  • Ensure accurate record keeping, including temperature logs and food production quantities.
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all federal, state, and local regulatory procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Director to ensure seamless food service operations.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Culinary apprenticeship or training preferred.
  • One year of job-related experience, including food preparation and full-line menu items.
  • Current SERV Safe certificate or ability to participate in food services sanitation training.
