Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team. As a Registered Nurse in our ICU, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and making critical decisions to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and perform various medical procedures as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Current and valid state RN license.
- Current BLS certification.
- Completion of Critical Care Course preferred.
- Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation within 30 days of hire.
- Current ACLS certification within 30 days of hire.
- Minimum of one year as a staff RN in acute care hospital, critical care preferred.
- Critical Care RN (CCRN) Certification preferred.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
