Job Title:

Golf Instructor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Golf Instructor to join our team at Forest Dale Golf Course. As a Golf Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching golf clinics to junior and adult programs, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach golf clinics to junior and adult programs
  • Provide exceptional customer service to golfers
  • Assist with day-to-day operations, including answering phone calls and booking reservations
  • Complete point-of-sale transactions for green fees and merchandise
  • Assure golf carts are clean and staged in an orderly fashion
  • Assist with practice area and driving range operations and management
  • Responsible for cleanliness of clubhouse interior and grounds
  • Expedites play on a golf course and makes recommendations to golfers

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of golf industry and golf standards
  • Outstanding communications, public relations, and customer service skills
  • Ability to keep accurate records and maintain proper accounting of fees, purchases, and other activities
  • Ability to perform basic gardening or general maintenance work

Working Conditions:

This is a part-time position with scheduled hours of 20 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for golf and excellent communication skills.

Salary Range:

$15.00 per hour
