Position Overview


The successful candidate will be accountable for L2 system management and administration within both on-premise and cloud environments. Key responsibilities include:

  • Configuration, troubleshooting, documentation, backup, disaster recovery planning, and patch management.
  • Conducting essential daily network operations and support, including switch & router management, firewall configurations, and VPN setups.
  • Addressing issues escalated from the Level 1 helpdesk team, adhering to the ITIL framework.
  • Collaborating with local and global IT teams to plan, execute, and implement new infrastructure solutions.
  • Coordinating with colleagues in the infrastructure team on various infrastructure projects.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A Higher Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience, particularly in a multinational corporation.
  • Proficiency in O365, Azure Active Directory, VMware, Windows operating systems, and both on-premise and Azure cloud environments.
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting networking technologies, including firewalls, VPNs, LAN, and WLAN.
  • Exposure to cybersecurity solutions such as endpoint protection, email gateways, and cloud security is advantageous.
  • Relevant certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, MCSA, ITIL, or CISSP are a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) is essential.
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive mindset.
