Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician to join our team at Cutrale Citrus Juices USA, Inc. As an essential member of our operations, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing complex electrical systems and equipment.

This is a full-time position that requires a strong foundation in electrical work, including troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of electrical malfunctions. You will also have the opportunity to work on programmable lighting and access systems, test electrical equipment for safety and efficiency, and participate in the maintenance and operations of our electrical shop.

Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in the Electrical & Instrumentation field, equivalent formal training plus experience, or equivalent related experience. They should have a solid understanding of electrical codes and regulations, as well as excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and repair or replace complex automatic controls, transformers, motor control centers, PLC's and VFD's, electric motors, and power distribution systems.
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems, including electric motors, electric controls, fire alarms, and clock systems.
  • Inspect completed work for conformance with specifications, requirements, and compliance with applicable building and safety codes and regulations.
  • Participate in the maintenance and operations of our electrical shop.
Requirements
  • Vocational School or some electric technical college courses.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in the Electrical & Instrumentation field, equivalent formal training plus experience, or equivalent related experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of electrical codes and regulations.
Working Conditions

This role involves working indoors and outdoors, with exposure to hot temperatures, high noise levels, wetness, vibrations, dust, moving equipment, heights, fumes, etc. PPE and uniform are supplied by Cutrale.

You will work on rotating shifts, with working hours, night/day shifts. Schedule is released weekly, and flexibility with working extended hours when required is necessary.
