Job Title: Licensed Therapist

We are seeking a licensed therapist to provide mental health services for children, adolescents, and adults in a supportive environment that fosters professional growth and work-life balance. Our outpatient programs in Medford and Grants Pass, Oregon, offer a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual and family therapy sessions on a regular basis, utilizing evidence-based practices to support client progress.
  • Meet clinical documentation standards and timelines, adhering to Medicaid regulations and Family Solutions policies.
  • Participate in behavioral crisis management and intervention, ensuring the well-being of our clients.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for each client, incorporating their unique needs and goals.
  • Conduct ongoing assessments of client progress, communicating regularly with clients and their families.
  • Perform quarterly file reviews to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation.
  • Adhere to agency policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with staff, community agencies, and clients, promoting a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to high ethical standards in treatment and client relationships.
  • Attend agency-based and community-based meetings as needed, staying informed and engaged in our community.
Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in a mental health field required.
  • LPC or LCSW license required.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to acknowledge the needs of others and recognize diverse perspectives.
  • Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with others to achieve client goals.
  • Background check clearance through ODHS required.
  • Microsoft Office Suite experience preferred.

  • Competitive salary range of $70,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on experience and education.
