Overview
The Biology department is seeking qualified candidates to instruct courses related to plant studies.
Available courses include "Plants and People," a general education offering, and "Introduction to Botany," which features both lecture and laboratory components.
Both courses are conducted ON CAMPUS.Applicants are encouraged to detail their qualifications for teaching these specific classes, as well as any additional courses they may be equipped to teach in the future, considering the evolving needs of the department.
Key Responsibilities
Teaching responsibilities may encompass various obligations, including but not limited to: engaging with students during and outside of scheduled classes, evaluating student assignments and performance, developing syllabi and instructional materials, providing copies of syllabi and materials to supervisors upon request, and assigning and submitting grades according to established university timelines.
Additional departmental duties may be required.Essential Qualifications:
Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
