Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Fairclough Behavior Services LLC.

About the Role

This part-time position involves working with children with autism spectrum disorder and other neurodevelopmental diagnoses, providing effective and affordable ABA therapy based on the child's individual need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for clients with developmental disabilities.
  • Provide direct behavioral therapy services to clients, implementing evidence-based strategies and techniques.
  • Collect and analyze data on client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as educators and speech therapists, to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care.
  • Train and supervise behavior technicians or other staff members involved in client treatment.
  • Provide support and guidance to families of clients, offering resources and strategies for managing challenging behaviors.
Requirements
  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or eligibility for certification.
  • Experience working with children with developmental disabilities, particularly autism.
  • Knowledge of special education laws and regulations.
  • Strong understanding of behavioral principles and techniques used in applied behavior analysis.
  • Excellent data collection and analysis skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year, paid bi-weekly. The company offers flexible schedule, mileage reimbursement, professional development assistance, and referral program benefits. The work location is primarily in-person, with potential telehealth and in-home sessions.

A willingness to relocate to Duluth, GA before starting work is required. The job type is part-time, with an expected 20-25 hours per week. Ability to travel up to 25% may be preferred.
