About the Role

At Stretch Zone, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team of health and wellness professionals.

As a General Manager, you will be responsible for the successful operation and financial management of one of our studio locations. This includes supervising staff, introducing potential clients to our methods, and presenting them with tailored programs.

You will also be responsible for orchestrating superior customer service, achieving employee performance goals, and implementing strategies for operational activities and company standards throughout the studio.

With a strong focus on teamwork and improving the lives of others through our unique stretching practices, this is an exciting opportunity to advance your career in the fitness industry and become a certified stretch practitioner.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the health field, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise staff and set the tone in each studio location
  • Responsible for the successful operation and financial accountability of the studio
  • Introduce potential prospects to our methods and present tailored programs
  • Orchestrate superior customer service and employee performance
  • Implement operational strategies and company standards
  • Regularly communicate with regional and corporate managers
  • Provide leadership, direction, and support to direct reports

We offer a competitive salary of $40,000 to $65,000 per year, plus commission and bonus opportunities. If selected, you will undergo two weeks of training to learn and test our modalities and operations.
