Mountain Adventure Guide

As a Mountain Activities Attendant at Vail Resorts, you will be part of a dynamic team that delivers exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, outdoor environment. Your role will involve guiding guests through various alpine adventures, providing top-notch service, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional guest service and ensure a safe experience for all guests
- Operate activities such as Mountain Coaster, Alpine Slide, Adventure Zone, Trampolines, Zip Lines, Ropes Courses, and other adventures
- Answer questions, assist guests, and provide on-the-spot resolutions to elevate their experience
- Verify tickets and answer ticket-related questions
- Be a positive advocate for Vail Resorts and promote the high-quality experience and service we provide
- Be prepared to work outdoors in all weather conditions for long periods of time
- Be sturdy and able to stand for long periods, twist, turn, pull, push, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Be friendly and able to converse clearly and comfortably with guests of varying backgrounds, ability levels, and age groups
- Background check required
- Be reliable and able to work unsupervised occasionally or as part of a fun team
- Competitive hourly rate of $20.00
- Part-time hours available
