Responsibilities:


  • Prepare concrete placement areas, ensuring accurate measurements and timely completion.
  • Clean and prepare rebar for concrete placement, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Assist in setting forms, ensuring accurate placement and secure anchoring.
  • Support concrete prep and placement, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Clean up the job site, removing debris and waste materials.
  • Remove debris from the job site, ensuring a safe and clean working area.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in laborer or technician roles, preferably in construction or dam maintenance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on safety and quality.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights, as required.

  • Competitive hourly rate: $22 - $24/hr.
