SunRidge Management Group is seeking a highly skilled and physically fit individual to fill the position of Property Upkeep Technician. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the exterior appearance of our properties, including grounds upkeep, repairs, and minor construction projects. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting regular inspections to identify areas requiring attention, removing litter and debris from common areas, and performing routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and raking shrub areas. You will also be responsible for assisting with various physical tasks, such as tearing down fences, digging post holes, carrying abandoned sofas, and helping with make-ready duties.

In addition to your technical skills, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be interacting with staff and residents on a regular basis. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
