About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Outpatient Therapist to join our team at Penn State Health. As a key member of our psychiatric care team, you will provide high-quality psychotherapy services to patients, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities
  • Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to patients with a range of mental health conditions
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans in collaboration with patients and their families
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in mental health treatment
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
  • One year of experience in treating psychiatric patients
  • Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Act 31 training completion within 45 days of hire

  • Bilingual/Spanish speaking
