We're on the hunt for a talented Host/ess to join our dynamic team at Xperience XRG As a Host/ess, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for an unforgettable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional guest service, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere
  • Manage seating arrangements, ensuring efficient table turnover and minimizing wait times
  • Communicate effectively with guests, staff, and management to ensure seamless service
  • Assist with opening and closing side work duties, maintaining a clean and organized environment
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
  • Valid driver's license
  • 18+ years of age
  • Minimum one year of related experience
  • Familiarity with Opentable and proper lifting techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
