• Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including features, benefits, and pricing.

**Requirements**

• 1+ year of customer service and/or retail experience preferred.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and teammates.

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
