Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Mental Health Professional to join our team at The Wood Group. This is a full-time position with immediate openings for evening shifts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide psychosocial programming to clients, including problem-solving, communication skills, anger management, and community re-integration skills.
  • Schedule daily groups and individual sessions with consumers and maintain accurate records of progress.
  • Ensure client confidentiality and maintain a safe and respectful environment.
  • Collaborate with the Administrator and Behavioral Health Authority to address resident concerns.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Sociology.
  • Valid Texas Driver's license.
  • Experience working with Behavioral Health.
