About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Optical Sales Consultant to join our team at EssilorLuxottica. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing expert advice on our range of optical products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to all patients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our optical products, including lenses, frames, and contact lenses.
  • Sales and Consultation: Consult with patients to determine their optical needs and provide personalized recommendations on products and services.
  • Store Operations: Assist with the maintenance of a clean and organized store environment, including visual displays and inventory management.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service, retail, and/or optical sales is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with optical products and services, including lenses, frames, and contact lenses.
