Position Title: Nursing Supervisor

Employment Type: Full-Time

Shift: 3 PM - 11 PM

Incentive: $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

As a Nursing Supervisor, you will oversee a multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding care and ensure the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. Your duties will encompass managing facility operations, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and adherence to nursing policies, procedures, and regulations.

  • Leading and mentoring nursing staff to guarantee high-quality care delivery
  • Managing daily operations, including staff assignments and resource distribution
  • Collaborating with the healthcare team to create and execute care plans
  • Conducting regular evaluations and audits to uphold quality standards
  • Providing guidance, training, and support to nursing personnel
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and protocols

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Nursing Supervisor position will possess:

  • A valid Registered Nurse License in the State of Connecticut
  • Preferred advanced degree or certification
  • Experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity within a Long-Term Care environment
  • A compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
  • An interest in the nursing needs of the elderly and chronically ill
  • Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced setting
