Job Title: Educational Escort

We are seeking an Educational Escort with an estimated annual salary of $55,000-$75,000 to join our team. This individual will be responsible for transporting students safely and efficiently to and from school, while promoting a positive learning environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive a school bus on assigned routes, prioritizing student safety and well-being.
  • Support district schools and principals in their efforts to create a productive learning environment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and school staff.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during transportation operations.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Arizona Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class B with P and S endorsements.
  • AZ School Bus Driver Certificate.
  • Familiarity with Arizona state and local laws applicable to vehicle operation.
  • Ability to solve problems induced by weather, traffic conditions, or unruly children.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Defensive Driving training.
