Job Title: Experienced Family Law Legal Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Law Legal Assistant to join our team at Tibbott & Richardson in Pittsburgh, PA, US. As a key member of our professional team, you will provide exceptional administrative support and personal assistance to our attorneys and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and update company and executive calendars, ensuring precise scheduling and constant adjustments.
  • Create, maintain, archive, and retrieve departmental files both physically and on cloud drives.
  • Regularly create dashboards in the client management software system to ensure current data and functionality.
  • Generate various forms of communication, including letters, emails, memos, presentations, and reports.
  • Handle the processing and filing of incoming and outgoing mail diligently.
  • Support a variety of projects and perform additional duties as required to facilitate team efforts and company goals.
