We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at The Treetop ABA Therapy. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in delivering personalized in-home therapy sessions to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and their families.
About The Treetop ABA TherapyWe offer in-home, clinic-based, and community-focused Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children aged 2-18 across multiple states. Our programs are designed to provide effective, evidence-based interventions that aim to improve social skills and learning environments through tailored ABA strategies.
Role OverviewAs an RBT with The Treetop ABA Therapy, you will be responsible for assisting with the development of treatment plans, supporting skill acquisition, and working closely with families. You will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support from our skilled clinicians and leadership team.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver personalized in-home therapy sessions to children with ASD and their families
- Assist with the development of treatment plans and support skill acquisition
- Work closely with families to ensure effective therapy and support
- Collaborate with the BCBA and other clinicians to ensure high-quality care
- Competitive hourly rate: $25-$29 per hour
- Monday - Friday, 12pm - 7pm schedule

- RBT Certification
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and current insurance
- Ability to work with a diverse range of clients
- Experience with EMR systems (e.g., Central Reach, Rethink, Catalyst)
- CPR/BLS certification (if applicable)
- TRICARE Certification
- Passion for supporting client development and fostering independence
