Repossession Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Repossession Agent to join our team at Tri-State Recovery. As a Repossession Agent, you will be responsible for recovering collateral on behalf of our clients, operating tow trucks, and interacting with customers in a professional and courteous manner.

• Recover collateral, including passenger cars, recreational vehicles, campers, boats, etc.
• Operate tow trucks and ensure safe transportation of recovered assets.
• Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use mobile applications.
