Responsibilities:
  • Provide concierge-level customer service to patients, referring offices, and team members
  • Manage the doctor's schedule and communicate effectively with patients and referring offices
  • Collect patient financial responsibility and maintain accurate records
  • Partner with the clinical team to ensure excellent patient experience
  • Adhere to deadlines and prioritize work against the patient schedule
  • Collect payments from patients in a professional and effective manner
  • Understand doctor treatment recommendations and develop treatment plans from diagnosis
  • Maintain confidentiality of all information in accordance with HIPAA
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • One year of customer service experience required
  • Medical or dental experience preferred
