Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and dependable Laundry Attendant to ensure our guests enjoy a pleasant experience during their stay. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and friendly individual who takes pride in their work and enjoys engaging with guests. Your primary duties will include washing, ironing, pressing, and folding linens to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect all linens for stains and treat them appropriately.
  • Dry clothing and linens following the manufacturer's guidelines after each wash cycle.
  • Maintain an adequate supply of cleaning materials and report any shortages to management.
  • Load laundry into washing machines and add the correct cleaning agents as per instructions.
  • Ensure all laundry equipment is functioning properly and notify maintenance of any issues.
Required Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with various commercial cleaning products and methods.
  • Strong work ethic with excellent organizational, time management, and communication abilities.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a laundry attendant, housekeeping, or related role.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
  • Must be able to lift 20 pounds or more regularly.
