Position Overview:
This internship program is designed for individuals who have completed a summer internship with Walmart or Sam's Club in 2024.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in four six-month rotations across various operational segments including Walmart U.S., Sam's Club, International, and Corporate.
- Participate in four weeks of specialized training aimed at enhancing leadership, technical, and interpersonal skills, culminating in a capstone experiential learning project.
- Gain regular access to senior leadership through executive roundtables and exclusive experiences at our facilities.
- Collaborate within a supportive environment fostered by the AFDP cohort and a robust alumni network.
- Receive formal mentorship from peers and senior leaders.
- Take part in group coaching sessions.
- Benefit from personalized development planning, assessments, and coaching feedback sessions.
- Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or master's program with a focus in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or a related discipline, with an expected graduation date prior to June 2025.
- Completion of at least 6 credit hours in accounting.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Authorization to work in the United States without restrictions.
- Highly driven to tackle challenging assignments that promote professional growth.
- Enjoys working with numerical data to develop insightful and practical solutions.
- Capable of collaborating effectively in a cross-functional and matrixed environment.
- Thrives in situations of uncertainty.
- A self-starter who takes initiative and drives results.

Compensation and Benefits:
Walmart offers competitive pay, performance-based bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package including health coverage, retirement plans, and paid time off. Additional benefits include educational assistance programs and various forms of leave.
Salary Range:
The annual salary range for this position is between $70,000 and $130,000, with additional performance bonuses available.
