Position Overview

The CC8 Bountiful Operator LLC is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to fill the roles of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Medication Technicians (Med Tech). We have openings for both part-time and full-time positions across various shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

As a caregiver, you will be responsible for providing assistance to our elderly residents with their daily living activities (ADLs). This includes documenting any changes in their condition and communicating these to the Resident Care Coordinator and nursing staff, along with fulfilling any additional duties assigned by management.


Essential Requirements:
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and manage multiple tasks safely
  • Composure under pressure and in critical situations
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to convey sensitive information with empathy
  • A genuine passion for working with the elderly
  • A positive and caring demeanor

A background check is mandatory for this position, along with certifications in CPR/First Aid, a food handler's permit, and a TB test.
