Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Camp Counselor to join our team at Camp Bow Wow Hoover. As a Camp Counselor, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and attention to our furry friends, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional animal care, including feeding, grooming, and playtime activities.
  • Monitor and maintain a safe environment for our canine guests, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Collaborate with our team to provide world-class customer service, responding to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participate in daily cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure our facility remains clean and organized.
  • Assist with dog washing and light grooming tasks, as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to lift dog food and supplies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with animals, preferably in a pet care or animal-related field.
  • Knowledge of animal behavior and body language.
  • Basic first aid and CPR certification.
