Responsibilities- Provide nursing care using a Family Centered approach, assessing individualized patient needs and communicating care priorities to the team.
- Plan, implement, educate, and evaluate care using Evidence-Based Practices, utilizing Therapeutic Communication to monitor physical, psychological, and social needs of patients and families.
- Engage in the workplace community by staying aware of changes, participating in data collection or auditing, understanding Quality Improvement, and representing staff at relevant meetings.
- Document patient care according to organizational standards, policies, and procedures.
- Licensure: Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio.
- BSN; Associate degree with commitment to obtain BSN within 5 years of hire.
- MINIMUM PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Typing on computer Constantly, Using phone Frequently, Sitting Frequently, Standing Occasionally, Lifting Occasionally, Walking Frequently.
