Actualmente estamos buscando un profesional con experiencia en:

ENFERMERO PRÁCTICO LICENCIADO (LPN)

Tiempo Completo, Turno de Tarde - (3pm - 11pm y EOW)

Descripción del Trabajo:

  • Asiste en la dirección de los servicios de enfermería para la unidad/sala, de acuerdo con la Ley de Práctica de Enfermería, bajo la supervisión de un Enfermero Registrado.
  • Delegar tareas a enfermeras profesionales y personal de enfermería no profesional, supervisando el desempeño laboral bajo la dirección de un Enfermero Registrado.
  • Observar a los pacientes en busca de síntomas y/o reacciones, incluyendo condiciones físicas y/o mentales generales que puedan indicar un cambio adverso.
  • Asistir en la notificación al médico tratante sobre emergencias y fallecimientos de pacientes en la unidad. Implementar cambios en las órdenes según lo indicado o solicitado por los médicos.
  • Realizar otras tareas según se asignen.

Requisitos del Trabajo:

  • Graduado de secundaria.
  • Enfermero Práctico Licenciado, graduado de una Escuela de Enfermería acreditada.
  • Licencia válida y actual del Consejo de Enfermería de Carolina del Norte y presentar prueba de renovación de licencia cada dos años.
  • Disposición para trabajar como enfermero a cargo y laborar según sea necesario durante emergencias para asegurar una cobertura adecuada.
  • Capacidad para proporcionar atención de calidad a los pacientes, seguir las órdenes de los médicos y tener un interés genuino en la enfermería geriátrica.
  • Certificación en RCP anual.
  • Asistir a capacitaciones y otras reuniones de personal según se requiera.
