Job Title: Mailroom Document Processor

Job Summary:

Smart Data Solutions LLC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Mailroom Document Processor to join our team. As a Mailroom Document Processor, you will play a critical role in processing client mail by opening, sorting, batching, and quality controlling documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Opening, sorting, batching, and quality controlling documents
  • Preparing, verifying, and counting documents for scanning
  • Unfolding, uncreasing, taping, rubber banding, or unstapling documents as needed
  • Fixing tears and making copies of documents as needed
  • Using sorting sheets as trained
  • Performing other basic office duties as assigned
  • Processing rejects and rescans as needed
  • Ensuring that all PHI information is kept confidential

Requirements:

  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to multitask and move quickly
  • Ability to stay focused and on-task
  • High attention to detail while being efficient
  • Quick learner, ability to follow basic or difficult instructions when needed
  • Required to maintain confidentiality of client data
  • Ability to be seated at a workstation for up to 2 hours at a time
  • Ability to stand/walk for up to 1 hour
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds

Benefits:

  • $15 per hour + eligible for a bonus based on performance
  • Full-time openings available
  • Available shifts vary between 8:00 am – 6:00 pm, Monday – Friday
