About the Role

The Museum School of Avondale Estates is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Registrar to join our team. As the primary point of contact for student records and enrollment, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our school's administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Student Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, including demographics, attendance, and academic information.
  • Enrollment and Registration: Process new student enrollments, manage lottery preparation, and ensure accurate application data and notification content.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Generate and submit reports to DeKalb County officials, reconcile discrepancies in Infinite Campus reporting, and ensure compliance with state and local regulations.
  • Office Operations: Provide receptionist duties, support front office policies and procedures, and perform other duties as assigned by the Principal.
Requirements
  • Administrative Experience: Prior experience in an administrative support position, preferably in a school office setting.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent computer skills, including experience with Infinite Campus, PowerSchool, or other Student Information Systems.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships with staff members, students, parents, and community members, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
