Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet company sales goals by utilizing sales techniques and communicating product knowledge to customers.
  • Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, and maintain pricing and visual standards.
  • Ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Support replenishment activities and assist with visual directives, including floor sets and window changes.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Retail or sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements:
  • Constant walking and standing.
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Frequent climbing.

Compensation for this position starts at $14.45/hour or city/local minimum wage as applicable and depending on experience.
