Dedicated Acute Care Neurosurgeon Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Acute Care Neurosurgery Physician to join our team in Rapid City, South Dakota. This role involves providing specialized care for neurosurgical patients in an acute care setting, including both inpatient and emergency cases.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in neurosurgery, excellent clinical skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. As an Acute Care Neurosurgery Physician, you will be responsible for managing and treating patients with acute neurosurgical conditions, including performing emergency neurosurgical procedures such as craniotomies, spinal surgeries, and other complex interventions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and treat patients with acute neurosurgical conditions
- Perform emergency neurosurgical procedures, including craniotomies and spinal surgeries
- Oversee patient care from admission through postoperative management
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes
Requirements:
- MD or DO from an accredited institution
- Board Certified in Neurosurgery
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in acute care neurosurgery
- Active South Dakota medical license
