**Job Title:** Flex Operator

**Job Summary:**

Aerotek is seeking a skilled Flex Operator to join our team in Bardstown, Kentucky. As a key member of our setup and maintenance department, you will be responsible for assisting with the removal and setup of die/tooling for production runs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist the setup and maintenance department with the removal and setup of die/tooling for production runs.
  • Remove wires and hoses to pull tooling and molds out of the press.
  • Select and place new tooling.
  • Hook up the necessary wires and hoses for the Process Technician.
  • Clean plastic off the floor and machines, which may require reheating cooled plastic for removal.
  • Perform assembly and quality work on the line.

**Requirements:**

  • **Mechanical Aptitude:** Understanding of tools and ability to assemble/disassemble mechanical components.
  • **Electrical Knowledge:** Learning or prior understanding of how to use a multi-meter.

**Work Environment:**

This is a fully on-site position with a day shift schedule (am - 7pm) and night shift schedule (7pm - 7am).
