Position Summary:
Shift: Weekend Only - Saturday, Sunday, and Monday (7 AM - 7:30 PM)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The role of a Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist involves the specialized use of ionizing radiation to create detailed cross-sectional images that assist healthcare professionals in diagnosing and treating patients effectively.

CT Technologists conduct diagnostic Computerized Tomographic examinations, adhering to established protocols under the supervision of a qualified Radiologist.

This position requires providing comprehensive patient care across all age demographics, including neonates, children, adults, and the elderly. The technologist must demonstrate proficiency in advanced CT imaging techniques, including Cardiac and Vascular imaging, and possess a thorough understanding of cross-sectional anatomy and physiology. The role also entails delivering complex technical care tailored to meet specific patient needs.



Qualifications:
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Completion of an AMA accredited Radiologic Technology program is mandatory.


EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

A minimum of two (2) years of professional experience is required, with at least one year specifically in the field of CT.


LICENSURE AND CERTIFICATION:

Must be registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (R) (CT). Additionally, advanced certification in Computed Tomography (CT) by ARRT is required.


ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Current BLS certification is necessary.
